Job description

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related course.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles.
With at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company.
Can effectively communicate (written and verbal).
Understanding and knowledge in Human Resource discipline.
Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
