Job description
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related course.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles.
- With at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company.
- Can effectively communicate (written and verbal).
- Understanding and knowledge in Human Resource discipline.
- Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
